Transparent Cities_Corruption & Urban Development

Working in collaboration with Transparency International, UPB have been developing a pedagogic model that addresses corruption and urban development.

Client: UN Habitat

The pedagogy was launched this September in a workshop at UN Habitat in Nairobi, and will be piloted in cities and universities in Sub-Saharan Africa.

The pedagogy is intended to engage students, academics and practitioners of urbanism, urban design, planning and architecture in issues of corruption in the built environment and design professions, and ways to promote transparency and design cities of integrity.
